Josh is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 18 years of diverse accounting and tax experience in the public and private sector. His primary focus is on tax compliance and consulting services for high net worth individuals, multi-generational families, privately held companies and trusts. He has also advised on the planning and due diligence of merger and acquisition transactions.
Josh’s business clients operate in multiple states and internationally, and include Family Offices, real estate and other investment partnerships, diversified manufacturers, start-ups, closely held businesses, and professional practices. His individual clients work in a broad range of industries worldwide.
Josh works together with his clients and their other professional advisors to design and implement efficient operating structures. His “big picture” approach considers clients' personal work style, risk exposure and income & estate taxes. Planning utilizes different legal entity structures and financial tools, such as insurance, to provide flexibility, manage risks and to minimize the tax burden.
His ability to adapt and improve upon key processes enables him to introduce innovative tax and financial planning strategies to help maximize client benefit. He takes pride in being an advisor and key player within organizations solving complex issues and driving positive change.
Josh graduated from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics.
