Mr. Perelson is Managing Partner Emeritus. Drawing on his superior technical skills and business acumen, he is a valued consultant to clients and other professionals.

Mr. Perelson provides guidance and counsel to clients in all stages of development from entrepreneurs to large established companies. Further, he works with the Firm's many not-for-profit clients to assist them to realize their goals. His commitment to clients and broad base of knowledge makes him a trusted advisor and leads to long-standing relationships. In that role, he frequently assists in assembling the client's team of bankers, attorneys and other professionals.

Mr. Perelson graduated cum laude from the Baruch School of City College.
