Perelson Weiner Introduces Magda B. Szabo, Director - Tax Services

We would like to introduce a new member of our family, Magda B. Szabo, CPA, JD, LLM.

Ms. Szabo specializes in international and domestic tax planning for individuals and corporations by understanding their needs and then creatively utilizing a variety of tax structures. Her background as a tax lawyer and business advisor includes multifaceted solutions for estate and succession planning, foundations, public charities, pre-immigration trusts, expatriates, and asset protection.

"These skills are particularly important given the needs of our high net worth and entrepreneurial clients."

Ms. Szabo holds a B.A. and Master of Accountancy and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University, a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She holds a license as a certified public accountant in New York and in Ohio and is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Federal and U.S. Tax Courts. She has authored numerous tax articles for national and state publications on topics ranging from offshore reporting requirements and asset protection issues to partnership tax matters and has lectured on a wide variety of tax issues.
