Mr. Zinkevich has a broad range of expertise with the taxation of high-net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, private and publicly held enterprises in a wide range of industries, with a focus on technology and real estate. He provides practical hands-on approach in assisting clients with all tax aspects of business formation planning, raising capital and exit strategies.

Mr. Zinkevich often serves as client representative before the IRS, and state and local authorities.

EDUCATION

Dennis holds a BA in Accounting from Brooklyn College (CUNY) and an MS in Taxation from Pace University.
