Mr. Marchenko assists high-net-worth clients in complex federal, state, and local tax compliance. His experience includes consulting with individuals, partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries, and on gift tax matters. He works in close collaboration with attorneys and investment advisors to help clients optimize their financial and tax planning goals. He has a diverse background working with private equity and hedge fund principals, including partner groups, c-suite executives, single-family and multi-family offices, business owners, entrepreneurs, fiduciaries, and multi-generational families. In addition, he assists clients with federal and state audits and communicate with tax authorities to resolve issues.

EDUCATION

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. from Hunter College, CUNY, and an MBA in accounting from Pace University School of Business.
